- MatrixFlow account information such as email, workspace name, role, and login records.
- Content assets uploaded by users, including video files, captions, hashtags, covers, and scheduling details.
- TikTok OAuth authorization information, including account identifiers and encrypted access tokens needed to perform user-authorized actions.
- Operation logs such as content review status, publishing status, API errors, and audit records.
How we use information
We use information to provide account connection, content preparation, user review, scheduled publishing, audit logging, support, security, and compliance. MatrixFlow does not sell TikTok data and does not use TikTok data for unrelated advertising.
TikTok data
TikTok data is used only to display the authorized account, upload or publish content approved by the user, and show publishing status. MatrixFlow does not request TikTok passwords, private messages, or non-authorized account data.
User rights and deletion
Users may request access, correction, revocation, export, or deletion by visiting Data Deletion or contacting support@matrixsflow.com.
