Data deletion instructions
Users can revoke platform authorization and request deletion of MatrixFlow workspace data related to their account.
What can be deleted
- MatrixFlow account connection records.
- Encrypted TikTok OAuth tokens stored by MatrixFlow.
- Uploaded content assets, captions, hashtags, and publishing drafts.
- Operational records where deletion is permitted by law and security requirements.
How to request deletion
- Revoke MatrixFlow authorization in TikTok account settings if available.
- Email support@matrixsflow.com with your MatrixFlow email and TikTok username.
- MatrixFlow will verify the request and process eligible deletion.
- A confirmation will be sent after completion.
